Design is about creating spaces for people to enjoy and of course, creating moments where you elevate the spirit, but ‘design for good’ is figuring out a program that not only creates better spaces, but creates jobs, creates new industry and really kind of raises the conversation about how we rebuild.

What We Do

Organisations value the people they are involved with and benefit from knowing what they think and feel.

Lowering the threshold for really knowing what's on people's minds, that’s what askforce.one does!

What do organisations want?

A simple, low-friction way of getting answers to questions, questions big and small.

No anonymous polls, but daily sets of questions that end up being real continuous in-house longitudinal research.

Questions today, answers tomorrow.

What do participants want?

To have a say in the things that matter to them, in a quick and easy way.

No endless surveys with results being shared 6 months later, but true participation and community.

Just three simple questions each day.

No fuss, just easy to relate to, and easy to answer.

Track & Learn Easy Analytics

It's easy. A user logs in once, and they're set to go.

Every day they get a notification asking three questions, and having answered them, they see yesterday's questions' results.

They can say what they think, and see what others thought.

They can even suggest questions themselves, about matters they think matter.

Asking, replying, interacting... All of that is data that helps build an organisation.

Meet The Team

Sofie Vanassche

Sofie‘s into asking the right questions at the right time in the right way.

With a PhD in Sociology she enjoys digging into data and figuring out where the challenges are concerning issues for organisations.

Nobody’s calling her a data nerd, but… she kind of is.

Geert‘s a teacher turned researcher. Combining his skills as a teacher with his analytic predisposition, there are no questions that are not to be looked at with interest.

He’s into finetuning questions and trying to make difficult questions easy (at least on the surface).

Words matter, communication being one of the most important parts of any endeavour.

Geert De Meyer

Pedro De Bruyckere

Pedro is the heart and soul of askforce.one.

With a PhD in Pedagogy, his years of expertise as a researcher and communicator, he helps to keep the mission of askforce.one at the forefront. What are the questions that need to be asked, how do we pose them, and what can an organisation do with the results?

Seemingly simple questions, but crucial to what askforce.one stands for.

We have our origins...

... in Artevelde University of Applied Sciences,
from which we built on decades of expertise in applied research.
